DEE IS INCREDIBLE! I came to Dee as a renter after a colleague referred her to me. She was responsive, helpful, supportive, and very personable. I moved from out of state and Dee was especially empathetic about my worries. She made me feel confident about my move and helped me get through the nuances of renting in Texas. It was so great to have someone to bounce ideas and questions off of prior to corresponding with the homeowner's agents. I have no doubt if I tried to find a home without her help that I would have lost out on the perfect house for us. Dee performed the viewing of our prospective rentals on our behalf since we could not be there prior to the move and made sure I was fully informed of every detail. We were able to lock in our dream house and line up our dates perfectly due to her diligence getting us through the process. I highly recommend her services and would definitely work with her again.
