We signed a contract early in the phase so it took almost a year for our home to be ready and Dee was there every step of the way making sure things went smoothly. She has a high standard for quality and a keen eye for issues so we knew that she would make sure our home was built well. Dee also consistently impressed us with her communication, coordination, and negotiation. We really felt like she was on top of things and it made the whole process feel much easier and more comfortable, especially us being first time home buyers.
