She took care of all aspects required to prepare, list, sell, and close on our home. We hardly had to do anything but sign the final papers. I still remember and chuckle over her remarks about “lose this,” “lose that” when going over every inch of our home and indicating what items would stay and which would go, removing, repositioning. Dee even brought over her very own staging items like plants, pillows, glassware, etc., everything that could possibly be needed to make the showing of our home masterful. She understands real estate extremely well; pays attention to the most minute detail; she takes care of all the details; she was always available day or night to answer our questions and act on our requests. We turned the sale of our home completely over to her, and she demonstrated how it is done. By the way, the price she indicated for us we should expect to get for our home was actually the selling price. Dee Thomas is second to none. She is the real estate yardstick against which others shall be measured and simply not measure up. Not only was Dee a highly professional real estate agent, she also became a dear friend.
